Join us in celebration of life (and the departed) with a multi-course meal consisting of Chef Steve’s finest offerings (and probably some tequila). This cocktail-style dinner includes food, wine, beer, and cocktails. $150 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Please note, this event has communal seating for parties of two but requests to be seated with other guests is allowed.

WHITE BEAN HUMMUS – olive tapenade, thin toasts, corn chips

PICKLED SHRIMP – avocado, red chili, tiger milk, cilantro

SOUP & SALAD

POZOLE – pork, hominy, onions, peppers, rich ancho broth, fresh lime, crunchy toppings

ROASTED BEETS – corn tortilla cup, romaine, goat cheese, red onion, walnut dressing

SEARED SCALLOPS
black rice, cumin buttered carrots, mango crema

PUMPKIN GNOCCHI
corn sage sauce, pulled duck confit, chili molasses

CARNE ASADA
skirt steak, chipotle mojo, barley broccolini risotto, mole blanco, toasted sesame

SWEET POTATO FLAUNTAS
roasted sweet potato-cream cheese filled crispy flour tortillas, maple beurre noisette, whipped cream
