Important Info about our App, Loyalty Program, and Gift Cards

 

Niche Hospitality Group’s mobile ordering app, loyalty program and gift cards will now be hosted on the Toast POS platform

What this Means for Our Guests

If you currently have the Niche Hospitality Group app installed on your phone, your app will be automatically updated to our new version. Your existing loyalty points and gift card balances will be transferred and managed through our new app running on the Toast POS platform. All online orders placed using our websites will be managed using Toast.

While we migrate existing accounts to our new platform, loyalty points and gift cards will be paused for a short amount of time. We anticipate this will only be for a couple of days and apologize for any inconvenience. Your account may show a zero balance on loyalty points and/or gift cards, but this is only temporary as we transfer the accounts.

Why We are Making this Change

We believe the move to this new platform will provide a more user-friendly dining and mobile ordering experience. Our loyalty program will award one point for every dollar spent on food (restrictions apply) redeemable at all of our locations. Loyalty points and gift cards can now also be redeemed on the Toast Local app at all Niche Hospitality Group locations. Loyalty points and gift card balances can be easily viewed within your account.

When are We Making this Change?

We expect our new app to be accepted and published in the App Store and Google Play Store within the next week or two. At this time we will pause gift card purchases and redemption while we complete the transfer of accounts. Mobile ordering will continue to function during this time, but no loyalty points can be earned or redeemed.
