The Fix Burger Bar to Open Second Location in Marlboro
The new installment will mark Niche Hospitality Group’s first Marlboro location

Rejoice Marlboro-ites, the rumors are true, Worcester’s first burger bar is coming to you. Niche Hospitality Group’s President Michael Covino officially announced today that The Fix Burger Bar will be opening a second location at 139 Lakeside Ave Marlboro, MA 01752.

The 6,500 foot-square space, formerly known as Allora Ristorante, will be home to the restaurant’s local and custom fresh beef grinds, selection of over 40 toppings, shakes, and extensive selection of craft-beer.

The new location, located just off of I-495, nestled between the Apex Center and downtown, will feature 150 seats, a 24 stool bar, and a 50-person patio.

“It was time,” said Covino. “We have been looking at Marlboro for a while now, and all of the right pieces fell into place and we couldn’t be more excited."

While updates and modifications are in store, the new spot will boast the same decor as the 108 Grove St. location. Covino noted there will be a focus on the patio with a canopy in the works to provide for seasonal usage.

When will it open? The group is hoping the new location will be open and running by November 1st.

“It is very exciting to see that a well-established and extremely successful restaurant group like Niche Hospitality is coming to our city,” said Meredith Harris, executive director of the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation.

We’ll cheers to that. Burgers coming soon, Marlboro.
