Our Dining Playbook

As we’ve reopened our dining rooms in the phases set forth by the state, we have adjusted our procedures and precautions to ensure the safest and most enjoyable dining experience possible with the restrictions and limitations we will be managing for the foreseeable future. To help communicate the steps we are taking, we have outlined our new “dining playbook” as a reference for our guests to understand what we are doing and what we ask of all guests who choose to dine at a Niche Hospitality restaurant.

Make a Reservation

Reservations can be made on our websites, Resy, or by calling the restaurants.

Walk-ins are welcome. We ask that all guests wear a mask upon entry into the restaurant and be prepared to provide your name and phone number.

Please note: we will not be honoring reservations left on voicemail. Reservations are limited to 85 minutes and begin at the time of your reservation. If you are late for your reservation, your allotted dining time will be reduced accordingly. If we are running behind, your 85 minutes will begin at the time you are seated. Please arrive at the time of your reservation and refrain from gathering in public spaces in or around the restaurant.

Indoor Versus Outdoor Seating Preference
When making your reservation, please let us know if you have a preference between indoor and outdoor seating. We ask that you please specify in the ‘special instructions/notes’ section on Resy if you want Outside ONLY or NO Preference. If a guest selects ‘Outside ONLY’, we cannot guarantee the exact reservation time due to the limited availability of outdoor seating.

Outdoor Dining Weather Restrictions

Reservations for patio dining are weather dependent and are subject to change and cancellation. Hours may be reduced or extended on a day-to-day basis based on forecast.

Adhere to Safety Precautions – Masks Required

We will require all staff to adhere to the safety procedures set by management such as temperature checks upon arrival to work, frequent sanitization of the restaurant and personal hygiene practices including wearing masks and washing hands throughout their shift. We ask that our customers wear masks upon arrival and wear them everywhere throughout the restaurant unless they are seated, and to stay home if feeling unwell or have been in contact with any person showing signs of illness. Sanitzer will be made readily available throughout the restaurant for our guests.

View Menus on Website

Guests will be able to view our menus on our websites. To facilitate the process, a QR Code will be displayed to guests upon arrival which can be scanned with a phone and will direct them to the appropriate page. If requested, disposable menus will be made available.

Place your Order with a Server

Servers will take your order safely from a distance. All servers will be wearing masks and frequently washing their hands throughout their shift. Interactions will be kept to a minimum to ensure guest safety.

Contactless Payment

Guests will have the option to pay for their experience with a credit card on one of our wireless devices presented by a server, or by paying directly through their phone via ToastTab. Servers will change gloves and all tablets will be sanitized after each transaction before handing to a guest to eliminate contamination.
