‘RESTAURANTS WORK!’ – Niche Hospitality Group Announces New Internal Stimulus
All employees of Niche Hospitality Group can now earn up to an additional $300 per week bonus based on their hours worked.
Niche Hospitality Group has announced a new internal return to work stimulus plan named ‘RESTAURANTS WORK!’. Under the plan, all new and existing employees will earn a ‘Stimulus Bonus’ based on the hours they work each week. Any employee of NHG becomes eligible once they work at least 24 hours in a one-week pay period. There are THREE tiers of stimulus earnings based solely on total hours worked.
Employees that work 24–29 hours in a week will receive an additional $100 stimulus bonus on top of regular pay.
Employees that work 30–35 hours in a week will receive a $200 stimulus bonus on top of regular pay.
Employees that work 36 or more hours in a week will receive the max stimulus bonus of $300 for the week on top of regular pay.
The ‘Restaurants Work!’ stimulus program will run for 13 weeks beginning on May 31st, 2021. The program will also include an additional ONE TIME retroactive stimulus bonus for existing employees as well as a referral bonus for any new hires made as a result of a referral from an existing employee. Lastly, the program will also feature a new hire earned bonus incentive of $500 after the new hire accumulates 500 total hours of employment with NHG.
