As Pliny the Elder once said ‘In vino veritas’, or, In wine there is truth. This quote is from a time when wine was used as a daily drink to quench thirst, a feature in spiritual rituals, and also for medicinal use. The history of Italy is the history of wine. Join us and enjoy Chef Cotoni’s featured menu with wine pairings from Piedmont, Montepluciano, Montalcino and Valpolicella, regions that have a very classic style of making wines showcasing Nebbiolo and Sangiovese in their truest form. This four course dinner is $75/pp (includes tax and gratuity).
