Join us as we turn the Test Kitchen into our very own French table, exploring chef’s dishes inspired by the bistros and brasseries popular throughout France. This cocktail-style dinner is $110/pp (all inclusive) and includes beer, wine and cocktails.

Bourride Tartine – toasted brioche, tomato jam, shrimp, mussel, fried clam, rouille

Trout Amandine – crispy fried trout, almonds, celery root remoulade
Croque Monsieur – griddled ham and gruyère sandwich with bechamel and sunny side up quail egg
Cassoulet – oven baked casserole with duck confit, house made sausage, cured pork belly, white beans cooked till tender
Corsican Lemon Mousse – silky, tangy mousse, fresh raspberries
Apple Tarte Tatin – apple tart baked upside down till caramelized, served with whipped crème fraîche
Mignardises – parting confections from the chefs
