This month’s dinner will be featuring wines from Isaac Fernandez, one of Spain’s newest winemakers with a 25 year history of producing some of the best wines to come out of northern Spain. He has now ventured into a project making wines from all over Spain with balance, power, finesse, and purity. We will be offering Isaac’s Valencia wines as well as wines from Ribera Del Duero.
