The chef and staff will gladly meet all dietary restrictions and personal preferences and will work hard to stay within the theme of the events special menu. However, this may not always be culinary feasible in order to maintain the integrity and vision of the specially prepared menu. In these instances, our chef may substitute another dish to satisfy dietary parameters.
