Niche Hospitality Group Reopens for Takeout at Select Locations

Updated June 8th, 2020 – Niche Now Offering Delivery!

We’re excited to announce that in addition to takeout, we are now offering delivery from all Niche locations currently open for business. Our utmost priority at this time is to maintain safety for all of our guests and employees as we ramp back up to normal operations. With this in mind we will only be offering orders for takeout and delivery placed through the Niche Hospitality app or online through our websites, which allow for pre-payment and contactless pickup and delivery without the need to exchange cash or sign for credit cards. We will not be accepting call-in orders until further notice.

To help prevent back-ups in our kitchens, we have suspended the 'order ahead' option and ask that customers place their orders using the 'Order ASAP' option. Guests will be able to place orders on our app and websites during each store’s hours of operation.

Over the course of the next few months we will be rolling out phases to reopen our dining rooms with safety measures that will follow Massachusetts’ guidelines if not more stringent policies. In the meantime, we suggest you download our app, take advantage of our loyalty program by earning points redeemable for free food, and enjoy your favorite dishes in the comfort of your own home. In addition to select offerings from our standard menus, we will be offering family-style meals along with beer and wine to complement your dinner.

Safety Precautions

For the courtesy and safety of our guests and employees, we ask that everyone arriving to pickup orders wear protective masks and to respect our no loitering policy. Upon arrival to the store, please call the front desk and an employee will bring your order to your car.

Employees will be adhering to safety procedures that include wearing masks and gloves, frequent sanitization practices and distance ID checks for alcohol purchases. We understand these precautions can be an inconvenience but we truly value your support and look forward to seeing all of our guests again soon!

As you know, all restaurants and local business are taking a huge hit from this shutdown. We encourage our guests to help mitigate the loss by supporting their favorite establishments by purchasing gift cards now to be used at a later date when businesses are back to their normal operations.
